Production time
Every order is printed after you place it. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before the parcel ships.
Shipping
- United States: 3–5 business days after production. Express available at checkout.
- International: 10–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $65. Standard shipping is otherwise $8, express $15.
Returns
Because each tee is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size — please check the sizing guide before ordering.
We will replace or refund, no questions asked, if:
- the item arrives damaged or defective,
- the print is misaligned or the wrong design,
- you received the wrong size or item.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, get in touch and we'll open a claim with the carrier and reship.
